Coronavirus vaccine may be ready for the public in November – China announces
After a long try, China is on the verge of finalizing their vaccine for the Coronavirus.
Vaccine makers all over the world are competing with each other on developing an effective vaccine for the virus that has killed over 925,000 people.
According to reports, China had already announced four other COVID-19 vaccines, that are currently in their final stage of clinical trials and have given three of those drugs to essential workers under an emergency use in july.
According to one of Chinesse top official, Guizhen Wu;
“Coronavirus vaccines being developed in China could be fully prepared and ready for use by the public, as they are already undergoing clinical trials.
She (Guizhen Wu) also said she had contacted the virus but experienced no abnormal symptoms in recent months after taking an experimental vaccine her in April.
They are currently nine vaccines candidates in the late-stage human trials, and are facing obstacles, AstraZeneca and Oxford University paused clinical trials last week after a volunteer developed an unexplained illness.
